ROOM RATES

•  - All rates are based on single/double occupancy per room per night.
•  - The rates are included 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
•  - Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice.
•  - New Year Eve Buffet Dinner on 31St Dec 2017 at THB 1,990 net per adult and 995 THB net per child (6-11 years)

 Room Inclusions:
 1. One night accommodation for 2 persons including ABF for Superior/Deluxe/Villa/Villa@sea. 
      One night accommodation for 4 persons includring ABF for Suite/Suite@sea.

 2.  Additional of 1 person allowed, following surcharge is required:

 - THB 1,200 net (incl. ABF) per person/night for adult or child exceeding 12 years.

 - A child between age of 5-11 years sharing the same room with adults. THB 275 net per night for ABF is required or an extra bed is THB 600 with ABF per night.

 - A child less than 4 years old is free of charge.

 3.  Mini bar (non alcohol) is free of charge/refill once a day.

 4.  The above rates are net inclusive of VAT and service charge.

 Reservation Conditions:
1. Reservation during New year Festival (30 Dec-2 Jan) and Songkarn Festival (13 – 15 Apr) is required at least 2 nights.
2. Cancellation or postponing is required at least 14 days prior to check-in date.
3. Check in: 14.00 hrs/check out: 12.00 hrs.
