- Superior, Deluxe, Villa & Villa@Sea rates are inclusive of full breakfast for 2 persons.
- Suite & Suite@sea rates are inclusive of full breakfast for 4 persons.
- Extra person is 1,200 thb.net per person/night for adult and child over 12 years of age.
- Child 1 - 3 years of age sharing with parents is free of charge.
- Child over 3 years - 12 years of age sharing with parents will be charged for ABF 275.- thb net.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner on 31.12.2009 is 4,400.thb per adult/ child is 50% of adult rate.
- During long weekend, hotel requires minimum stay of 2 nights.
